Join us again as we continue to explore the ways that food can promote health and be a delight for the senses. This time we will focus on super foods: what makes a food super, which ones make the list and how to cook with them in a delicious way.

Menu to include: kale salad with feta and tomatoes, goji berry smoothie, wild salmon with late summer salsa, and chia pudding with cardamom.
