Grilled steak

Choice of cut: rib eye, hanger, skirt, flank, flat iron. 100% grass-fed
4 oz per serving

Salt the steak and let it sit for 1 hour at room temperature before cooking. Prepare grill to medium high heat. Put the steak on the grill and cook for 3 to 4 minutes. Turn the steak over and cook for another 3 to 4 minutes. Rare steak will take about about 8 to 10 minutes, medium-rare takes 10 to 12 minutes. Remove from grill and let rest for 5 minutes before cutting and serving.

You can also cook your steak in a cast iron pan.
