Over six months we offer consistent, personalized care to help you identify and address the root cause of your symptoms and get you well and thriving.

With assessments, a tailored treatment plan and continual support through health coaching, you will never be left to figure out how to feel better by yourself.

All memberships are for a minimum of 6 months.

All visits are delivered via telemedicine.

What’s included in membership

  • The Almond membership includes:

    • 1 75 minute initial visit

    • 2 (50) minute follow ups

    • 2 (25) minute follow ups

    The Rosemary membership includes:

    • unlimited doctor visits

  • Health coaching helps promote positive behavior change within the doctor-led strategy. Areas of focus include improving nutrition, movement, sleep and stress management.

    The Almond membership includes:

    • 9 health coaching sessions

    The Rosemary membership includes:

    • unlimited coaching visits

  • All labs are done at a specialty cash price and billed directly to the lab partner.

    Blood labs are usually drawn at Labcorp sites and other labs can be sent to your home.

  • Membership also includes access to Dr and the Chef; our signature culinary medicine course.

    • Reach out with questions and clarifications via our secure messaging portal.

    • Easily schedule your appointments online, access your protocol and resources via the secure patient portal.

    • We manage supplements through a 3rd party (Fullscript) to be able to offer high quality medical grade products.

    • They're offered at 30% discount, so you know we're recommending what you need rather than hitting a financial goal.

  • Wild Lemon Health is proud to be a direct care practice and does not take insurance. This allows maximum flexibility and freedom to focus on you and your health, not on insurers.

    • A superbill can be created for your labs and downloaded via Rupa.

    • Fullscript is set up to receive HSA/FSA funds

    • We do not create superbills for membership fees

  • Yes! Wild Lemon Health offers naturopathic medicine and does not offer primary care.You're required to have a primary care physician of record in the case of medical or mental health emergencies, as Wild Lemon does not handle these.

  • Labs and supplements are unique to each person. We suggest you budget $50-$600 for lab testing. Supplements can range from $50-$300 per month.

  • We use Rupa to manage labs and blood labs are drawn from Labcorp. Other labs (saliva or stool, for example) are mailed to your house and returned via a shipping carrier. All results are reported electronically.

  • After 6 months, we offer flexible options for continuing care:

    • You can renew and continue membership for as little or as long as you'd like past the 6 months

    • Alternatively, you can not renew and schedule a la carte follow ups as needed. Those are billed at $349/visit.

  • We are located in Northern California; Sacramento, more specifically and are able to see anyone who is a resident of California. Because we operate virtually and there are Labcorp draw sites through the state, you can live anywhere in the state and work with us!

My mission at Wild Lemon Health has always been to deliver a healthcare experience unlike any you’ve had before. I know you want to feel better: to feel more energy, less anxiety, or less pain. I also know we deserve more from our healthcare experience. Not knowing what’s going or not having a good strategy forward is scary.
