Welcome to Doctor and the Chef
Please watch the video below and review our guidelines in preparation for cooking together!
WELCOME
Next steps:
I’m delighted to welcome you to my "Dr and the Chef" online course! Get ready to have some Mediterranean fun in the kitchen (yours, specifically) while you join likeminded, culinary-curious individuals in learning how to make cooking healthfully more enjoyable through the magic of community.
Here are your next steps to ensure you're all set for our class:
Intake form
Please take a moment to fill out this intake form. This will help me tailor the course to better meet your needs and preferences. (*If you've already filled this out previously, no need to re-submit).
Recipe + prep list
Approximately 4-5 days before our session, you will receive an email from me with all the details you'll need to join the course. This will include a link to the recipe and prep list, the Zoom link, and any additional materials.
ps: have a question? Send me an email at hello@wildlemonhealth.com
Guidelines for our time together
Please see below for some housekeeping items before we Zoom-in;)
1) Please do your best to join us from a quiet environment, especially during “unmuted” moments. I understand you may also be part of a greater household and suggest earbuds that can move with you! If you’re unable to join us from a quiet environment, please remain muted and simply use the chat box for questions or comments, as I’ll be checking it frequently.
2) I invite everyone to fill a cup or glass with a beverage that brings them joy to sip throughout the session…even those of you not cooking! Please have a beverage handy (sparkling water, tea, coffee–whatever brings a smile to your face and makes you feel celebratory!)
3) For those joining us but not cooking or in the kitchen, please have a snack of some kind handy to join us in convivial munching throughout our session. I have suggestions in the recipe that was linked in your email!
4) Note that our sessions will be recorded and available for future viewing to practice members. The recording will be found inside the patient portal within 48 hours post-Zoom.
5) Finally, this is a “CAMERAS ON” (mandatory) experience. If you know in advance that you can’t keep your Zoom cameras on for the duration of our session, please reschedule your attendance for our next session, instead, and plan accordingly. The reason for this is because the purpose of this session is to teach the joy and the art of convivial cooking–integrating all of our senses into the experience of preparing nourishing meals together–this includes being able to see other community members, as well as being fully present and seen.
