Transform depletion and exhaustion

Join a community that will support you to deeply replenish, repair, and recharge.

Do you feel like you’re constantly treading water?

Exhausted by feeling constantly wired or worried?

Barely able to keep straight the hundred of plates you’re spinning?

Or wake up and feel dread at keeping up with the hamster wheel?

Stress is often not optional, but we can learn and develop tools that help promote recovery and resilience.

Feeling like yourself can be difficult when…

It feels like there’s no time for self-care.

Especially when there are meetings to get to. Lunches to plan. And laundry to fold.

You’d rather eat ice cream by yourself with Netflix

And while binging on Downton Abbey is, obviously, time well spent, you must come back to the life that doesn’t involve a beautiful British estate.

You’re just barely holding it together

Chronic stress and overwhelm chip away at all aspects of well-being. Leaving you feeling like any, proverbial, straw will break your back.

The good news? Your nervous system is doing the best it can. And while it may feel like it’s working against you, there’s power in listening to the distress signal.

It is possible to shift out of overwhelm, worry and exhaustion. Mind-body medicine unlocks powerful tools that refuel your whole body and give you resources to meet the joys (and demands) of a messy human life

By serendipity or a miracle, I landed in a Mindful Based Stress Reduction course when I was 18 years old and a sophomore in college.

I had been struggling with burnout since I started school. Sleeping 4 hours a night and taking a full load had finally caught up with me and I was really struggling.

I was getting headaches daily, felt a constant knot in my stomach and was quickly developing serious anxiety.

Fueled by perfectionism, I just kept pushing…HARD. AND HARDER. Until, I couldn’t push anymore and had to take a year off of school.

Dr. Antonella Aguilera-Ruiz, ND

While this was hard to digest at the time, it was instrumental to my healing. I learned the power of rest and recovery and the skills to nourish my nervous system.

20 years later, they are the same tools I use.

Life has gotten a little more wise and in ways, more complicated, but the mindfulness and replenishing techniques have been a constant source of support.

Now, as a practicing doctor, these are the skills that I lean on when working with patients. The research is compelling and broad that many conditions benefit from the body awareness, regulation and calm these tools develop.

From the symptoms of perimenopause, menopause, pain, anxiety, depression and burnout (to name a few), adding mind-body medicine to the mix is beneficial.

My goal is create a space where you’re able to nourish your mental and physical well-being. I can’t wait to welcome you!

Connect, learn and grow.

What if you had the space to listen deeply to yourself and discover your own capacity to heal and transform?

You can have greater ease and contentment without…

Chronic stress

We know that stress and burnout are at an all time high and that in order to thrive, be happy and resilient human beings we need rest, play and restoration, just as much as we need work, purpose and engagement.

Wasting more time

In a culture where pushing harder is the token of success, it can be really hard to press pause. If you’ve been running on empty or getting dangerously close to the exhaustion line, things do not change by doing more of the same.

More frustration

Blogs and online searches only go so far. Learning, connecting and restoring your nervous system with community, neuroscience and mind-body skills means you have a path paved forward complete with support and up to date science.

Testimonials

  • “Dr. Antonella’s wholesome, non-judgmental approach to healing created a safe place for me to flourish and finally reap the benefits of nourishing the self from deep within! For the first time in a decade I’m tasting what “good health” is like and I can’t get enough.”

    Past Wildly Nourished participant

  • “First, I want to thank you for your care-giving. I realize it's a paid relationship but I've experienced much more. You've offered empathy, interest, insight and a willingness and even enthusiasm to roll up your sleeves and dig deep. For all this, I'm very very grateful. I do hope this is the new face of health care. Very much.”

    SO, 67 year old woman

  • "Antonella literally saved my life. I was so sick before I started working with her that I could no longer take care of my daily needs and was functional only 2-3 hours a day. My traditional MD had run out of options for treatment and could not figure out a diagnosis after running a broad range of tests. "
