How and what we eat can change our health and the world, and in this class we’ll highlight how the Mediterranean Diet can be a delicious way to care for your mental health! We’ll discuss the nutrients that feed a healthy brain, and to put theory into practice, we’ll cook an uplifting spring menu of asparagus soup and a fresh radish and herb salad.
