I believe that health in body, mind and spirit gives us the freedom to bring our gifts to the world.

I believe that the mind and body are connected. I believe that we’re hungry for person-centered care. And that we all need support along the way.

Things I love:

I’ve been a longtime yoga practitioner and it is the best way for me to start the morning. I love afternoon tea time, long meals with my family, turmeric chai and anything with ginger.

Training:

I’m a graduate of the Functional Medicine Coaching Academy.

I’ve completed a 200 hour KRI Kundalini Yoga teacher training and 300 hours of advanced study in somatic yoga therapy.* I'm a 200 hr registered yoga teacher (RYT) with the Yoga Alliance registry. I'm also a iRest® teacher-in-training Level I and my teaching is informed by the teachings of Richard Miller and the Integrative Restoration Institute

*The yoga therapy component of my teaching is based on my training in Somatic Yoga Therapy with Janice Gates, not derived from my status as an RYT with Yoga Alliance Registry.
